Jing Dunquan Meets with Cultural and Education Minister of British Embassy

Jing Dunquan, Vice Chairman of China Soong Ching Ling Foundation (CSCLF), met with Carma Elliot, Cultural and Education Minister of British Embassy on May 17, 2016. Both of them had a friendly discussion on the future cooperation.

Jing Dunquan firstly showed sincerely thanks to the Cultural and Education Office and British Embassy for its active help and support in Sino-British cultural exchanges. He indicated that Britain has many advanced experiences and practices in the field of modern football, social management and public service innovation, and China with a long and unique cultural history is also carrying out an all around social reform step by step, so he hoped that both sides would make good use of their advantages and integrate social resources to promote the friendship between both countries and people.

Carma Elliot, Cultural and Education Minister of British Embassy gave a highly praised to CSCLF for its achievements in charity affairs and international exchanges. She hoped that both sides would broaden the cooperation to wider fields based on the continuous cooperation of youth football project, and teamed up to promote Sino-British cultural exchanges and Chinese charity affairs.

The two sides also had an in-depth discussion on the future cooperation projects and fields.
